Weal (wēl) is an old English term meaning health, happiness, prosperity & well-being.
Most people equate health, happiness and well-being with people living a conscious lifestyle, and equate a certain type of prosperity (i.e. profitability) with business. The term 'Weal' incorporates all of these things into one. We chose this name because we live this philosophy and believe that everyone should have success in each of these areas, in all aspects of life... business, personal life, all of it. It's not only good for the individual, but it's good for the community and the world.

And no, we didn't spell "weal" wrong, but it is pronouced the same.

WE ARE:

We are conscious professionals, consultants, coaches, yogis, surfers, travelers, adventurers, who love to meditate as much as we love to create strategic business plans. We work with you to integrate health, happiness, prosperity (yes, that means profitability) and ideas that positively affect the well-being of everyone involved (yourself, employees, customers, community, planet) into every project, organizational change, or event we work with you to create... with clear purpose.

We choose collaboration over competition and believe supporting programs that positively affect the triple bottom line (people, planet & profit) for our clients, partners and our own company.
